Collins Okoth has Over 19 years public and private sector experience. Prio to joining the commission, he was the Deputy Director Research, Strategy, and Quality Assurance with Women Enterprise Fund. He has lectured in public and private Universities. He is finalizing PhD in Business Administration majoring in Strategic Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology having earned his MBA from the University of Nairobi, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Appropriate Technology from Kenyatta University. He has extensive training in leadership both local and international. The trainings include Gender and Leadership (World Bank), TOT on Women entrepreneurship (ITC/ILO), TOT on SME Export Development (Export Promotion Council/JICA/USAID), Monitoring and Evaluation (AMREF) and Senior Project Manager certified (Qualifi Ltd, UK). Resource Mobilization Course (TUK), Productivity Measurement and Improvement for Public Service (KSG), Gender Statistics (UNECA), Performance Management Systems (KSG), Certified Advance Leadership Expert (GAFM), Project Monitoring & Evaluation (KSG), Certified Result-driven Leadership Programme (Inemmo, UK), Blue Ocean Leadership (Six Paths Consulting), Strategic Leadership Development Programme (KSG), Chartered Credit Analyst (AAFM) among others. He is a member of the Institute of Leadership & Management, UK, Academy of Finance & Management, USA, and Fellow, American Academy of Financial Management (AAFM)TM, USA. He has undertaken extensive consulting on Strategic Plan development for Private and Public Institutions, different research projects and consultancy projects, Chair/member of several high-level taskforces and committees.

Audrey Cheruto is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Commissioner for Oaths, Notary Public and a Certified Secretary with a vast knowledge for over 15 years of professional experience in the practice of corporate and commercial law, contract management, intellectual property, dispute and litigation management, compliance and governance. As the Corporation Secretary and Director Legal Services at the Commission, her responsibility is; to ensure that the Commission stays in compliance with the statutory and compliance requirements; ensure that the Board of Directors operates within the ambit of the Law. Before joining the Commission, Audrey previously worked at Kenya Literature Bureau. She holds a Master's degree in Business Management (Strategic Management) from Kenyatta University, Bachelor of Laws Degree from the Moi University, and Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She is a Certified Secretary (CS-K), a member of the Trustee Development Program Kenya by College of Insurance, Membership Law Society of Kenya (LSK), East Africa Law Society (EALS) and Institute of Certified Secretaries of Kenya (ICS).

Mohamed Abdirahman Farah is the Manager Supply chain at Kenya Film Commission. His role is to mainly assist the Commission to achieve its strategic goals through implementation of efficient and effective systems of acquisition of goods, works and services, as well as disposal of assets. Mohamed has over 12 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management with vast knowledge in Public Procurement. He is a strong procurement professional with a Master’s in Business Administration (specialization in Procurement and Supplies Management), a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Commerce (specialization in Procurement), Diploma in Procurement (CIPS) and currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL. B) at the University of Nairobi. He is a member in good standing of CIPS and Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM). He is a serving committee Board member at KISM (Advocacy and membership committee). Mohamed is a trained ISO by KEBS, has done leadership course at KSG and a mentor on issue of supply chain and stores management. Prior to joining Kenya Film Commission, Mohamed worked at ICPAK as head of supply chain management. Prior to ICPAK, he worked at water resources Authority as Deputy Manager Supply chain.

Godian Mabindah is a seasoned professional with over a decade wealth of experience in Information Communication Technology (ICT), Knowledge management, project design and implementation, and technical leadership. He holds a Master of Science in Knowledge Management from Kenyatta University, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Kenya Methodist University, and a Diploma in Leadership. He is a Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) and a Certified Data Protection Officer (PECB-CDPO). Throughout his career, Godian has demonstrated a strong ability to drive strategic initiatives and foster innovation. He has worked across diverse industries, including the private sector in hospitality and marketing, as well as the Public Sector in the pension industry, before joining the Kenya Film Commission. Godian oversees the ICT function of the Kenya Film Commission ensuring data protection compliance and leads the implementation of cutting-edge ICT solutions to enhance organizational efficiency. His leadership in these areas significantly contributes to operational improvements and capacity-building initiatives. Godian is committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation, while ensuring data security and compliance within the organizations.

CS, CHRP Mohamed Abdow is the Head of Human Resource and Administration at the Kenya Film Commission.  Mr. Mohamed is a holder of Certified Secretary (CPSK), Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRPK) and a certified governance auditor, with a career spanning over 15 years with the Government, Non-Governmental and Private Sector organizations.   He holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Commerce (HR option) and Poses expertise in the area of Human Resource Management and Development, Corporate Governance, financial Management as well as administration.  He is also a holder of strategic Leadership Development program and senior Management course both from Kenya School of Government. CS, CHRP Mohamed is currently pursuing Master of Art in Monitoring and Evaluation at the University of Nairobi. He is a member of Institute of Certified Secretaries (ICS) and institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM). Mr. Mohamed Strategic focus areas at Kenya Film Commission as Head of Human Resource and Administration is to ensure compliance with legal framework on matters Human Resource Management and Development by fostering a productive and supportive work environment as well as creating positive organizational culture that enhances employee growth and productivity.

Mr. Cheptoo oversees prudent management of the Commission’s financial resources by ensuring compliance with the PFM act (2012). He has over 17 years worship experience in finance and accounting in both public and private sectors. He holds MBA (Finance) from Maseno University, Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting & Finance). He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accounts of Kenya (ICPAK). He has attended many Management Courses in the career of Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Strategic Planning and Financial Management.

Arnold Wanjala Namusonge is an award-winning commercial leader and strategic marketing expert with over 15 years of multi-sector and multi-market experience. Spanning Telecommunications, Fintech, FMCG, Logistics and Renewable Energy, his career is defined by a proven track record of scaling brands across diverse economic landscapes. As the Marketing Lead at the Kenya Film Commission, Arnold spearheads the strategic positioning of Kenya as a premier global filming destination and oversees the promotion of the industry locally to drive growth within the creative economy. He is responsible for the overall development and implementation of marketing plans, policies, and standards that elevate the visibility of the Kenyan film industry. He was a member of the “Golden Pioneer” team that laid the foundation for Kenya’s mobile money revolution, right from agent network recruitment and customer acquisition to full interoperability, entrenching Kenya's favorite digital story. This background in large-scale consumer adoption and ecosystem building informs his current mission to entrench Kenya’s film industry into the global market through data-driven marketing and robust stakeholder engagement. Arnold holds a PhD in Business Administration, an MBA in Strategic Management, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) with First Class Honors, all from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT). He also holds a certificate in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge (CISL). He is an Associate Member of the Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK), Full Member of the Kenya Institute of Management (FKIM), and a Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM). A subject matter authority on market entry strategy for the global consultancy firm GLG, he also contributes to future talent and capacity building, bridging theory and practice, as a visiting lecturer in select public and private universities.

Ms. Atieno Otieno is a strategic communications specialist with over 15 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, strategic marketing, and digital transformation. Her career spans leadership roles in both the public and private sectors, including the information technology, health, and construction industries. As Head of Corporate Communications at the Kenya Film Commission, she drives integrated communication and stakeholder engagement initiatives aligned with national development priorities, strengthening institutional visibility, partnerships, and impact across the creative economy. Ms. Otieno has delivered impactful communications for national and regional institutions by building trust and positioning organizations as leaders in their respective fields. She thrives at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and storytelling, driving initiatives that strengthen institutional credibility and enhance stakeholder engagement. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours) in Marketing and an MBA from the University of Nairobi. She is a Certified Monitoring and Evaluation professional with a background in Project Management and a member of the Public Relations Society of Kenya. Ms. Otieno is passionate about advancing sustainability narratives across Africa and contributing to evidence-based solutions that shape a more inclusive and resilient future. Ms. Harriet Nkatha Ngeera is the Manager, Internal Audit at the Kenya Film Commission. Harriet is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of experience in managing internal audit. As Manager for Internal Audit, she is responsible for formulating and coordinating the implementation of internal audit strategies and plans, setting up and implementing systems in accordance with auditing standards, monitoring and reporting on the Commission’s overall risk profile among other roles. Ms. Harriet is currently a member of:Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK); Institute of Certified Public secretaries of Kenya (ICPSK); Institute Of Credit Management ICM  (Kenya); Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA)-Kenya chapter; Association of Women Accounts of Kenya (AWAK) and Institute of Directors  (IoD)-Kenya. She holds a Masters’ Degree in Finance from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology (JKUAT) and Bachelor’s Degree from Kenya Methodist University. Prior to joining the Kenya Film Commission, Ms. Harriet was the Finance Manager, Coast Water Works Development Agency, Senior Audit Consultant at Wambugu & Associates, (CPA); Director – Internal Audit and Risk Management at the Mombasa County Government and Board Member at Kabirichia.
