Dr Owino holds a Business Management, Strategic Management option Ph.D. degree from Rongo University, Master of Business Administration, Strategic Management option; Bachelor of Agribusiness Management (1^st Class honors) conferred on him at Kisii and Egerton Universities. Moses has had a long and outstanding service in the Kenyan Sugar Industry, both public and private, spanning about 30 years. His career started at the supervisory level in the agriculture department but eventually served as a dependable employee across departments and rose through the ranks to Specialize in leading the Strategy, Planning, monitoring and evaluation functions. He has had exposure in the development sector where he served as the GIZ County Programme Manager, Siaya County. He is a determined quick learner who adopts to changing work environment and responsibilities with ease.
