The Kenya Film Commission (KFC) would like to commend the industry for the good quality of productions that they have continued to produce and invite applicants to submit for Production and Development as well as Marketing and Distribution.
Individuals, companies and organizations may submit funding applications to the KFC for any of the above funding categories. Specific conditions are applicable for each funding category, and it is important for applicants to take careful note of these conditions before submitting an application.
The Kenya Film Commission (KFC) is pleased to announce that the call for cycle 1 funding applications for the 2019/20 financial year is now open for the following funding categories:
- Production and Development
- Feature films
- Short films
- Documentaries
- Animation
- TV formats
- Marketing and Distribution
Opening date for submissions: 28th April, 2020
Closing date for submissions: 9th June, 2020
