CS Joshua Achiya Akwara is the Director, Strategy and Planning at the Kenya Film Commission. He is responsible for overseeing Strategic Planning, Performance contracting, corporate work Planning and Quality Assurance management. Mr. Akwara is a Certified Secretary and a member of the Institute of Certified Secretaries, holds a Master of Business Administration majoring in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Maseno University. He is a full Member at Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) as well as a Strategic Leadership Development Program graduate from the Kenya School of Government.
