The call for entries for the 4th Belgaum International Short Film Festival organized by Society of Artistic Vision is now open!

Started in 2016, Belgaum International Short Film Festival is organized annually by Society of Artistic Vision and presented by Niyati Creations to recognize and help aspiring filmmakers and film enthusiasts. Films are not merely meant for entertainment and over the years, we have seen that filmmakers have used this visual medium to raise their voice regarding global and local issues as well.
Deadlines:
*Early- 15th August 2019

*Regular- 15th September 2019
*Late- 5th October 2019

*Extended- 25th October 2019
